You may order Basic Bonnets in your choice of colors for exterior and for the brim lining, with curtains longer or shorter, fuller or more narrow than shown at no extra charge. A black interior head liner may be substituted for the usual white. You may decorate these bonnets yourself or purchase various decoration "a la carte." More shapes will be added as they become available. Any Basic Bonnet shape may be made up for mourning. Click on thumbnails for more images.
| This high brim spoon bonnet is covered in silk with a brim lining of matching silk. The form consists of a wired buckram crown and blocked tip with a net-covered wire brim and cheek tabs. The curtain is lined with black cotton net. The interior features a crown liner of open-weave cotton. A band of stiff cotton netting, concealed from view by silk ribbon, helps to keep the bonnet in place. 1.25" silk utility ties and 3" dress ties complete the bonnet. $160. The curtain is lined with cotton net. The interior features a crown liner of open-weave cotton. A band of stiff cotton netting helps to keep the bonnet in place. 1.25" silk utility ties and 3" dress ties complete the bonnet.
